The key to success in the classroom is consistency. When students are provided with structure, routines, clear expectations, and an organized learning environment the classroom runs itself.

This to me is crucial. There are so few hours in the day, yet there is so much to accomplish in those hours. Reducing clutter, developing organizational systems, implementing routines and being consistent will make you a better teacher and will provide your students with the learning experiences they deserve. The effects will maximize productivity, enhance creativity and empower children to be independent. It will save you time and money and significantly reduce your stress level.
